Grassroots on the road!

Good afternoon!

We have been very busy getting ready for the Riverfront Market... but we always find time to help out in the community.

Recently, Jen spent some time at St. Thomas in Peoria school working with first and second grade students creating adorable Fishy Windsocks for Fine Arts Day.. The kids sprayed watered down paint on to large fish cut outs and attached streamers on the back to make them "swim" through the air... Very cute!

The finished product... These will look great blowing in the summer wind!

Don't forget, the Riverfront Market starts in one week... Come see us every Saturday morning this summer at 8am on the Peoria Riverfront!! We look forward to seeing you!!

Busy at work...and a sneak peak!

We've been busy getting things ready for the Riverfront Market that's coming up in a few weeks... here is a sneak peak of the awesome handmade jewelry and bags you can look forward to from Grassroots!

A few new patterns of the over-the-shoulder bag! (so cute!)

A couple strands of seed bead Sassafras Strands, they stretch and can be mixed and matched lots of different ways.. An easy way to add color to an outfit!
